Thank You card collection

I find I’m always in need of more thank you cards. Here are some that I’ve made recently.

This first one reminds me of my sister-in-law who loves sunflowers more than anyone I know.

I am originally from New England so fall leaves have a special place in my heart. I wanted to highlight the fall leaves in the card below.

I kept my colors simple with the following card but used variations of each color (designer paper, regular cardstock, ink, ribbon, etc.) to make this card pop.

You might recognize the die cut of the hydrangea below. I used the same die cut and cut it into a circle to make the sunflower card at the top of this post.

The cable knit embossing folder has become one of my new winter favorites and was perfect for the neutrals Thank You card below.

My husband and I love spending time outdoors so this card embodies the feeling of the outdoors and incredible nature surrounding us.

The following card didn’t photograph exactly as colored – it is navy blue and white although it looks more like black in the photograph. The text and snowflake type image are embossed in white.

Thank you for stopping by today!

Wedding Personalization, Part 2

If you haven’t already read Wedding Personalization, Part 1, you should make sure to check it out. Here is a continuation of ways I personalized our wedding day.

For the bottom of my shoes, I added my new last name and our wedding date.

I made this sign to use during our engagement photos to get pictures with our beloved dog, Hannah. We posted this picture on Facebook the day of our wedding and had a framed copy on the welcome table as guests arrived.

Here are the gift bags that were given to our out of town guests. I designed the label to include our wedding date, our names, and an image of South Carolina. The heart represents the area in South Carolina where we were married.

Wedding Personalization, Part 1

Two weeks ago, I married my best friend. It was an incredible day filled with so much love and happiness. Prior to the day, I kept myself busy crafting. Here are some ways I tried to personalize our day.

This “S” hung on the front door of our venue in honor of our last name, Stuart. I made it out of wine corks from bottles of wine we drank together. However, as the wedding date got closer, I did have to ask our favorite local wine shop for some extra corks as we weren’t consuming quite as much wine as I needed for this project.

I made welcome bags for our guests who traveled from out of town. I took mini wine bottles and made custom labels with details of our wedding day. There is a image of a bicycle in the back as we love to bike together.

I knew there would be lots of pictures taken by my photographer of my dress so I wanted to have a hanger with my new last name and our wedding date for the dress to hang on. Once I receive our professional wedding photos, I will post a picture of the dress on the hanger.
